The 2nd day of conference (wednesday) had a sense of excitement about it because Israel 's Houghton was the main event of the day - and I love Israel's music. The morning sessions featured Australian Idol Guy Sebastien and also Paulini, with Joseph Prince and Louie Giglio both preaching at the morning sessions.

After waking Drew up from his morning nap in the volunteer's dining lounge we chilled for a while then met up with Justin and Ryan to head off to the Worship and Creative Arts Stream for the Darlene Zschech and Israel elective which was slightly disappointing as there was not much of Israel (check out the photos of Drew sleeping - there are MANY more!). For the first time we headed home for an afternoon nap in between the early sessions and the night sessions in order to keep us all awake for both evening services! Israel and New Breed were amazing at both sessions with his new look band with a few new faces, and Nigel Hendroff even got a chance to be a part of the New Breed. The bass player was amazing and played a 6 string Spector bass which is probably worth multiple thousands at the least, with the keyboardist playing a Yamaha Motif XS6 on top of a Motif XS8. Brian Houston and Jentezen Franklin spoke at the 4.30pm and 6.30pm sessions respectively, and after the last night session we headed off to a kebab/pizza joint to eat supper and catch the last bit of the State of Origin.
