Melbourne Day 2

The next morning we headed off to do a little bit of recon on Melbourne city, for future outings. Joanne brought us first to Melbourne Central (I think) and then we slowly made our way through the underground section of Myer and finally came out somewhere in the city. Melbourne is so much busier than Perth and I was initially shocked at the amount of ridiculously good shops and restaurants there were. The 'Yarra' trams also amused Drew and myself for those of you who understand :) (oh I put up some more pics of the apartment if anyone is interested).

Jeremy (Joanne's man friend) called somewhere in the middle of all that, and we met him at the Adidas shop during his lunch break. The shop was really good apart from one small thing - the price. If not for the ridiculously high but normal Adidas prices, I would have bought the store down.

In true patacha fashion we headed towards the Melbourne Visitor Centre. I was amused by the random people wearing red t-shirts who's sole purpose in life was to help lost and stranded noobs like myself around Melbourne City. And after that we headed to take some pictures around the most appropriately named Yarra River. I think I need some sleep so I will continue this blog tomorrow ok? Thank you
